Problem

The freight forwarding industry runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and manual processes. No platform existed that could handle multi-tenant logistics with real-time tracking, AI-powered container optimization, and role-based access across warehouses, drivers, and operations teams.

Approach

We designed and built Voxarel from the ground up. A multi-tenant SaaS platform with 11 core modules covering the full logistics lifecycle. Built on Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, and real-time infrastructure for shipment tracking.
